Report Results
The results that display the Expense Authorization Status report depend on the criteria you selected.
If the filter is Overdue Approval or Overdue Review, the third column is Functional Role. Otherwise, it is Employee Name.
Report Fields

Due Date |
Due Date column displays the date/time by which the overdue task should have been completed. |
Authorization |
This non-editable Authorization column displays the expense authorization number and the short description. |
Employee Name/Functional Role |
If the filter is Overdue Approval or Overdue Review, this column is Functional Role. Otherwise, it is Employee Name. The Employee Name/Functional Role column displays either the name of the employee whose expense authorization requires signature or a description of the functional role whose approval or review is overdue. If this column is titled Employee Name and the Show Employee ID check box is selected on the Miscellaneous tab of the Configure General Settings screen, the ID, in parentheses, follows the employee name. |

This non-editable Type column displays the description of the expense report's type. |
